Flip Flop Frenzy – Part 3

Well, I made another flip flop wreath yesterday.  Since I had already made one of these wreaths (see Flip Flop Frenzy for directions – click here), it didn’t take me near as long.  I used children’s size flip flops this time, so it made a smaller wreath.  I thought I would like it better, however, when I finished and placed them side-by-side, I decided I liked the adult size one better.

Here is the new wreath. Because the flip flops are smaller, they don’t quite cover up the straw wreath. It doesn’t show much and is a little hard to see because the color of the straw is neutral. This wreath came wrapped in clear plastic wrap (like Saran Wrap), so I just left that on it instead of wrapping it with the dark green floral ribbon. The plastic wrap worked as good, if not better.

Here are the two wreaths side by side. I think the flips flops on the smaller one are decorated prettier because of my experimenting with the flip flops on the first one.

All in all, they both look pretty cute on the front door!

Second one I made with smaller flip flops.
